Welcome to the home of Fish4Development the place for learning new, or developing existing skills. Training is participative, friendly, and thought provoking. The practical training equips you to be more productive at work. 

If you can only spare one or two people at one time, just let Sally know your subject of interest. Small courses run every month. See below for the current Open Programmes. Five or more people why not ask Sally to come and run the training local to you. All prices shown on the prices page.

19 March - Excel Introduction (levels 1)
Two spaces left on the Excel Introduction course. It is great for anyone who is self-taught and wants to know the short cuts to doing things. It is also good for those who are yet to experience what Excel has to offer. We will be doing formulas, functions, filtering and sorting lists, presenting information, and getting to grips with all the important elements of Excel. 

22 March - Excel Advanced (Level 3)
If you want to know more about Pivot tables, VLookups, PivotCharts, Macros, Ranges and functions such as DSum and IF’s then please come and join us for this interesting course. 
 
29 March - Time Management
Learn how to manage your time more effectively, set SMART goals, and use planning tools. Start your success journey and identify what is holding you back.

9 April or 3 May - Writing Minutes for Meetings
Want to improve the quality of your minute taking?  We will learn how to take succinct notes, summarise information, and refine your grammar style. Making minutes more accessible to the reader.

30 April - Report Writing
This course is designed specifically for people who either want to start writing reports for their organisation/club, or for those who want to improve their report writing skills and make their reports more accessible and attractive to their readers.

8 May - Excel Intermediate (Level 2)
If you know filtering, sorting, using functions such as Sum, Average, Count, and basic charts, then why not move up a level. Learn how to use functions such as IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, SUBTOTAL, text functions, Data Validation, Text to Columns, Conditional Formatting and more. 

14 & 21 May - Train the Trainer (2 days)
If you are responsible for training people, whether it is one to one or groups. Learn all about how adults learn; how to aid retention of knowledge; how to present;    how to write an interesting lesson plan and the importance of aims and objectives.
