This assertiveness and confidence building course will provide course participants with the underpinning knowledge and skills to be more assertive and confident, both in their personal and professional lives. Learn how to say no and take control of your own life!

Learn what you can do with Pivot Tables and Charts, improve your knowledge of functions that will save you time. Write macros that will speed up your repetitive processes i.e. VLookups, DSum, Index and Match

Writing Minutes of Meetings

This course is aimed at the non-secretary (or the new secretary), the person who needs to take notes in meetings. You will learn how to gather the important pertinent information, summarise, write action points, remain objective, and improve your written grammar.

All Open Programmes run in Skellingthorpe or the surrounding area (depending upon numbers).  

Many courses are run from my home office which enables the training to go ahead with small numbers. I don't like to disappoint my customers, so if I can get a minimum of two/three people for a day I will go ahead.

    More about Sally Butler 25 + years' experience in training. Starting with the Family Health Services in Lewes, East Sussex as a Training Officer and then moving to Pitman Training Centre in Brighton offering computer and secretarial training, plus NVQ assessments in Business. Sally went on to work for a large Tourism company in Cyprus (Louis Travel) offering Customer Service along with many other soft skills and ICT training to their 5,000 strong workforce. Sally then worked for Time Management International where she worked as a Programme Director offering the world acclaimed "Putting People First" Customer Service training. 

    Sally was key in setting up a new 'not for profit' Training Organisation in Brighton (Whitehawk Inn) and an ICT Training Centre Haven Online in Boston Lincolnshire. Her latest experience has been with Lincolnshire County Council, working as a Training and Assessment Manager for the Customer Services Centre.

    Since 2011 Sally set up Fish4Development, offering Open Programmes and Bespoke training in a range of Management, Personal Development, Business and ICT areas. 

    Sally's character is warm and friendly and people attending her training find that they receive a nurturing caring environment, where learning is encouraged and celebrated. She offers a great deal of psychological insight into people and explains complex theories in management and psychology in an accessible way.
